Q5. How do I create an account?

You don't need to register upfront. Visit pagevala.in/create, describe your business, and Pagevala generates your page. To save and edit later, you set a WhatsApp number + 4-digit PINduring the process. That's your login forever.

Q6. I forgot my PIN. How do I recover it?

Email pagewala.in@gmail.com from the email associated with your WhatsApp, or contact us via our chat widget. We will verify your identity and help you reset your PIN within 24 hours.

Q7. Can I use multiple WhatsApp numbers?

Each WhatsApp number gives you one account. If you want to manage multiple businesses across the same phone, use Pro or Founding Member (up to 10 pages per account).

Yes. Upload up to 3 photos on the Free tier, or up to 20 photos on Pro / Founding Member. Pagevala's AI can also generate photos for you if you don't have any.

Q11. How do customers contact me through my Pagevala page?

Every page has a WhatsApp Order button that opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat directly to your number. Customers tap once, WhatsApp opens, the message is ready to send. No app install, no signup for the customer.

After the 100 slots are sold, Founding Member is gone forever.

Q15. How do I pay?

All payments are processed through Razorpay, India's leading RBI-licensed PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Pagevala does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.

Q16. Is GST included?

Yes. All displayed prices are inclusive of 18% GST. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed within 24 hours of every transaction.

Q17. Does Pro auto-renew?

Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle by default. You can cancel auto-renewal any time. Founding Member is a one-time lifetime payment and does not auto-renew.

Q19. Is my data safe?

Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption, encrypted database storage, salted PIN hashing, rate limiting, and content scanning. We comply with the DPDP Act 2023, IT Rules 2021, and GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

Q20. Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone. The only third parties we share data with are our technical service providers.

Q21. How do I delete my account?

Email pagewala.in@gmail.comwith "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will verify and delete within 30 days.

Q22. Can I export my data?

Yes. Email pagewala.in@gmail.com asking for a data export. We will send you a JSON file within 15 working days.

Q23. Can I create a candidate page for the 2026 elections?

Yes. Visit pagevala.in/elections-2026 for the candidate-specific flow. Every candidate page includes a publisher imprint, auto-shown 48-hour silence period banner, and disabled AI-generated candidate photos.

Q24. Is Pagevala affiliated with any political party?

No. Pagevala is a neutral, non-partisan platform. We offer free candidate pages to anyone running for office, across all parties and states.
