These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Amazia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Pagevala," "Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of pagevala.inand all related services, features, APIs, and sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

1. Be at least 13 years of age (DPDP Act 2023, Section 9). Users aged 13–18 must have verifiable parental consent.
2. Not be barred from entering into contracts under Indian law or any applicable jurisdiction
3. Not have been previously banned, suspended, or removed from Pagevala
4. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes that comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Description of Service

Pagevala is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets users create AI-generated landing pages for their businesses. All services are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Account Registration

1. You set a WhatsApp number + 4-digit PIN during your first page creation
2. Subsequent logins at pagevala.in/my use this combination
3. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential
4. You must not share your account credentials
5. Notify us immediately at pagewala.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Pagevala only for legitimate business purposes. See our separate Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited content and behaviour. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment

5.1 Tier Structure

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable 18% GST.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through RBI-licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, or equivalent). We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions auto-renew by default unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. A renewal reminder is sent 3 days in advance. Founding Member is a one-time lifetime payment — it does NOT auto-renew.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices for Pro subscriptions with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Founding Member price is locked for life.

5.5 Taxes

All prices are inclusive of 18% GST. A GST-compliant invoice is issued on every transaction. GSTIN: [to be added after GST registration].

6. Intellectual Property

All Pagevala software, designs, code, logos, and trademarks are owned exclusively by Amazia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You retain all rights to the business content you upload; by using the Services you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content you need to review and edit before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it goes live.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of ₹5,000 or the total amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Termination

You may delete your account any time via /my or by emailing pagewala.in@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal takedown requests, or chargebacks without cause.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, contact us at pagewala.in@gmail.com and allow 30 days for resolution. Consumer disputes under ₹20 lakh may also be filed through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal.
